Material & Manufacturing
All panels are produced using 100% recycled plastics, sourced from a combination of local and international post-consumer waste streams. While material origins may vary, all processing, compression, and finishing are entirely carried out in Hong Kong, ensuring quality control, traceability, and local circularity. Each panel features a one-of-a-kind visual composition as a result of the recycling process.

Surface Finish & Customisation
Panels come with a standard matte finish. Optional services such as polishing, CNC routing, drilling, and edge finishing are available to suit specific project requirements.

Dispatch & Lead Time
All panels are shipped from our facility in Hong Kong. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days upon order confirmation. Customisation orders may require additional lead time.

Delivery & Logistics

• Customers are responsible for arranging their own logistics and transportation.

• Panels can be collected from our warehouse by appointment.

• At this time, international shipping is not available.

Packaging & Handling
All panels are flat-packed with protective materials. While we take care to ensure products leave our facility in good condition, Ecoverse is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
Customers are encouraged to ensure appropriate handling and insurance with their chosen courier.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and must be borne by the customer. All fees related to transportation, customs (if applicable), or delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Inspection & Claims
We recommend inspecting all items upon pickup or delivery. As risk transfers to the buyer at the time of dispatch, Ecoverse does not assume responsibility for damage incurred during shipping.

• Due to the nature of recycled materials, each panel is one-of-a-kind, with variations in colour composition, pattern distribution, and surface texture. Product images are for reference only.

• Panels are produced through a thermal compression process. A dimensional tolerance of ±3mm may occur and should be considered during installation planning.

• Minor surface characteristics such as air bubbles, fine speckles, or embedded particles may be visible. These are natural outcomes of the recycling process and do not affect product performance.

• For applications requiring precise alignment or edge joining, it is recommended to allow for on-site trimming or fabrication. Please consult your fabricator or contractor for best practices.
